Patisserie Valerie was originally conceived in Frith Street, Soho in 1926 by Madam Valerie. She came to London on a mission to introduce fine Continental Patisserie to the English. There are 24 stores around the London area with several more opening around Britain this year. Every Valerie Café has its own individual style and decor, but all of them have the same continental atmosphere. A trip to Patisserie Valerie is a unique experience.
